I reached out to SixWatch to get my new company computer set up. I was sure it would be a grueling, all day process. However, to my surprise, it was painless and so convenient. Thomas was very helpful in making sure all my data & files were transferred over and that I was comfortable, confident even, in the use of my new machine. He even assured me that if I had any issues, he'd be readily available to help. 10 stars for having my six!
Everyone at Sixwatch is always so pleasant to work with. Being on the phone with tech support can get so frustrating so quickly but these guys make it so easy and simple each time. They are truly fantastic!
The best IT service, security, and support in Tampa. Thank you for the quick response and guidance with our network issues.
Thomas was very knowledgeable and quick to help me fix my problem. He even took time after to help me with any other questions I had. Very thankful for his help and how quick he responded.
Great, fast, efficient support!
My Company has recently engaged Sixwatch as our IT consultants. I work from home, after their engagement, they had me up and running on a new remote connect the same day! Over the first week, i was experiencing issues the remote connecting freezing up using Ninja remote. After testing and reconfigurations, it was still not working correctly I have to them 5 stars for their speedy response time, knowledge and professionalism. Thank you Sixwatch :)...
What Happens When You Schedule A Consultation
The call is a conversation, not a pitch. We ask what prompted you to look now, what is working, and what keeps causing friction. You will not be walked through a slide deck, and nobody will ask you to make a decision on the call. The goal is that you leave with a clearer view of your own situation even if you never work with us.

What to Have Ready Before You Schedule A Consultation
You do not need to prepare anything technical, and you certainly do not need to diagnose your own problems first. Rough answers to a few things simply make the time more useful.
- Roughly how many people depend on your systems day to day.
- Who handles technology today, whether that is a staff member, a provider, or whoever is nearest.
- What triggered the search: an incident, a contract ending, growth, an audit, or ongoing frustration.
- Any client or regulatory security requirements you are expected to meet.
- The applications the business genuinely cannot operate without.
Who Should Be on the Call
Whoever feels the pain and whoever signs off on spending. Those are often different people, and getting both in the room early prevents a second round of the same conversation. If you have an internal IT person, including them tends to improve the outcome rather than complicate it, because they know the history.
What We Will Not Do
We will not quote a monthly figure before understanding your environment, because a number produced that quickly is either padded or wrong. We will not tell you that everything must be replaced. And we will not put you into a follow-up sequence you did not ask for.
Coming Prepared With Your Own Questions
The best consultations are two-directional. Ask how requests get prioritized, what is included in a monthly fee versus billed as a project, who owns your documentation, and how often planning reviews happen. If you want a neutral checklist to hold any provider against, including us, the CISA Cyber Essentials guidance is a readable summary of the security basics that should already be handled.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it cost anything?
No. The consultation is how we both work out whether there is a sensible fit.
How long does it take?
A first conversation is usually short. If a deeper technical review makes sense afterwards, we will say so and explain what it involves before anything is scheduled.
What if we are still under contract with someone else?
That is a common and perfectly fine starting point. Knowing your notice period early lets any transition be planned without a gap in coverage.
What if we decide to do nothing?
That is a legitimate outcome. Sometimes the right answer is to fix one specific thing and revisit the wider question next year.
Other Ways to Start
If you would rather read first, that is entirely reasonable. You can review our process, see how pricing works, look at managed IT services in Tampa, or skip ahead and request a proposal.
