What Our Process Looks Like From Your Side of the Table
Most people who call us have been through at least one bad onboarding. Agents pushed out with no warning, a discovery call that never produced a document, a ninety-day honeymoon followed by silence. So it is worth being specific about the shape of the engagement rather than describing it in adjectives.

Discovery before deployment
Nothing gets installed until we understand what you run. That means an inventory of devices and where they are, the applications your teams cannot work without, how identity is currently handled, what the network looks like between sites, and where your data actually lives. Our process front-loads this deliberately, because the alternative is discovering a critical dependency in the middle of a change window.
A written baseline you can disagree with
Discovery produces a document, not a verbal summary. It records what we found, what we think the risks are, and what we would do first, second, and third. You should be able to read it and push back. Measuring the environment against a neutral standard such as the NIST Cybersecurity Framework keeps that conversation about evidence rather than opinion, and it gives you something to compare against next year.
Sequenced work, not a big bang
Our process puts the highest-risk, lowest-disruption items first. Identity and backups usually lead, because they carry the most weight if something goes wrong and they rarely require an outage. Larger projects follow once the day-to-day is stable. Related work sits under managed cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, and managed cloud.
Support that starts on day one
Your team should not have to wait for a project to finish before they can get help. Day-to-day requests run through our help desk and end-user support team from the beginning, and we hold ourselves to responding within twenty-four hours. Our process is designed so that the transition is invisible to the people just trying to do their jobs.
Review on a calendar, not on request
The part of our process that clients tell us they value most is the least technical: a scheduled review where we go through what changed, what it cost, what is still open, and what we recommend next. It is where our process stops being an onboarding plan and becomes an ongoing relationship. The whole engagement is coordinated under our managed IT practice, and if you would like to walk through our process in detail, schedule a consultation.
