IT Systems Engineer
Sarasota
The Systems Engineer will work on installation of complex or multiple projects to meet client
goals and objectives.
General Description
- Coordinate with Service Coordinator and Service Manager for escalation, emergency service and business opportunities
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Qualifications
- Ability to pass test demonstrating strong written and verbal communications skills
- 5+ years IT support experience, 3 or more years as a Field Engineer, with proven experience working on servers and multiple complex projects as lead technician
- Ability to pass advanced proficiency tests on hardware, software, networking, servers and cloud services and mobile devices
- Ability to work as scheduled sitting, standing, stooping, lift and carry 35 lbs., use a keyboard, and speak on the phone
- Ability to travel to client site using private vehicle, hired vehicle, walking or public transit
- Ability to be lead technician on server and workstation projects and diagnose network issues

- Document activities, update deal stages, company and contact statuses in Hubspot.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years experience in New Business Development for an MSP, MSSP, or IT Services company.
- Experience with various sales methodologies and sales training solutions.
- Proven track record:

- Developing new customers within emerging markets

IT Project Coordinator

The IT Project Coordinator plans, organizes and implements client technical projects. Their main duties include coordinating and overseeing projects, delegating tasks to the necessary team members, and presenting on projects’ progress and results.

IT Systems Admin

The Systems Administrator will work on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing systems infrastructure to meet client goals and objectives. Also provides Tier 2 support for both infrastructure administration and technical support in restoring service and resolving incidents for clients.
General Description
- Work with our remote monitoring and management (RMM) system to identify, prioritize, resolve problems, and enhance our service offering to clients.
- Leverage our professional services automation (PSA) solution to manage support tickets, collaborate with internal staff, and communicate with clients.
- Provide level 2 remote systems support.
- Respond to incoming support requests and provide first call resolution/ escalation.
- Document and communicate incidents, outages, ticket status, problem resolutions (internally and externally), and escalate tickets appropriately Identify critical issues, prioritize, and respond to tickets to ensure SLA’s are met.
- Provide high positive client and user satisfaction and relationships.
- Create high-quality technical documents quickly and accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
- 5 years of hands-on experience within a technical environment providing onsite or remote support and customer service
- Incident & problem management experience and the ability to coordinate required resources to respond to complex IT issues
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply those skills to assist in troubleshooting of a wide range of information systems and applications
Procurement Coordinator

The IT Procurement Coordinator oversees the daily activities of the technology purchasing function; reviews technology purchasing decisions, orders, and vendor contracts; assists with the ordering of materials and supplies from vendors; researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications.
General Description
- Assist with purchasing and managing IT assets.
- Responsible for product support and warranties, leasing, maintenance, and software contracts, as well as hardware purchases, and license information.
- Create purchase requisitions.
- Maintain appropriate levels of consumables.
- Receiving and tagging equipment.
- Entering asset information into asset tracking software system.
- Obtain and review competitive bids, quotes, and proposals from vendors and contractors; discuss evaluations and review with requesters and subject matter experts.
- Provide pricing quotes for items and preparing orders with suppliers.
- Ensure line items of the purchase order with the packing slip and ensuring the quality of the materials received.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science with a minimum of two to three years of significant work experience working in a high volume fast paced office environment with high degree of responsibility.
- Experience with software licensing and volume purchasing agreements for the major enterprise system software suppliers (e.g., IBM, HP, Microsoft...)
- Experience in presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective.
- Experience in planning and carrying out software license audits & reconcilements.
- Certification in Software License Management is a plus.
